Development of a master plan and architectural-urban-construction concept of creation and functioning of the priority development zone (PDZ) in filtration fields in the city of Odesa

The purpose of the project:

• Creation of an architectural concept and a master plan for further renovation of the territory of the «Filtration fields» and the water protection dam of the Hadzhibey estuary, which will contribute to:
  -enhance port development,
  -improving the economic condition of the region,
  -raising living standards and increasing employment,
  -increase revenues to state and local budgets will stimulate business activity,
  -attraction of cargo flows and transit cargoes,
  -creating conditions for the creation of goods with increased competitiveness in world markets.
