Capital Repair – Establishment of a Rehabilitation Department in the Town of Dobroslav Based on the Department of the Communal Non-Profit Enterprise «Dobroslav Multidisciplinary Intensive Care Hospital»

The establishment of a rehabilitation department is planned in the communal property of the Communal Non-Profit Enterprise «Dobroslav Multidisciplinary Intensive Care Hospital» (formerly the children’s department), located on the hospital grounds in the center of the town of Dobroslav and within walking distance to the central water body, parks, squares, art objects, sports and playgrounds, a modern stadium, and a bus station. As part of the implementation of this project, it is planned to carry out a major renovation of the premises and purchase modern medical equipment and furniture.

Rehabilitation will be provided for practically all patients: military personnel, internally displaced persons, and local residents of the community. The acquisition of new equipment will allow for the provision of services that meet modern medical standards to a larger number of patients. The opening of the rehabilitation department will provide accessible, high-quality inpatient rehabilitation assistance to those in need and the implementation of modern technologies in the provision of rehabilitation assistance based on evidence-based medicine.

The goal of the project implementation is to provide patients of the Communal Non-Profit Enterprise “Dobroslav Multidisciplinary Intensive Care Hospital” with medical services for health recovery through the comprehensive use of various means aimed at maximizing the restoration of impaired physiological functions of the body.

The implementation of the project will significantly impact the quality of medical services provided to the population, particularly to internally displaced persons and veterans, improve the energy efficiency of the facility, reduce maintenance costs, and extend its operational lifespan.

Creation of an accessible and inclusive environment where individuals with disabilities and those from low-mobility groups will have equal opportunities to receive quality medical care and assistance, regardless of their physical limitations.

The acquisition of modern furniture and equipment will create a comfortable environment for patients, improve the level of service, and ensure the provision of higher-quality medical services, contributing to an overall increase in patient satisfaction with the medical assistance provided.
