Capital Repair of the Heating System in the Municipal Institution “Center for Culture and Leisure”

Project Goal

To ensure proper conditions for the comfortable stay of employees and visitors in the premises of the Center for Culture and Leisure through the capital repair of the heating system. The project aims to improve the building’s energy efficiency, create stable and safe heating during the cold season, and contribute to enhancing the quality of cultural services provided to the community’s residents.

Description

The Municipal Institution “Center for Culture and Leisure” in the city of Novomyrhorod is an important hub of the community’s cultural and social life, where public events, rehearsals, educational and cultural projects, and other activities take place. The building has been in operation for over 40 years, and its heating system has not undergone major repairs since its construction. The existing equipment is outdated and does not meet modern energy efficiency standards. The project involves replacing the existing equipment and installing two modern, energy-efficient boilers.

Implementation of the project will ensure the uninterrupted operation of the facility throughout the year, create comfortable conditions for visitors and staff, improve the building’s energy efficiency, and help reduce heating costs.
