Capital Repair of the Interior Premises of the Preschool Educational Complex (Nursery-Kindergarten) “Kalynonka”

Description

The Preschool Educational Complex (Nursery-Kindergarten) “Kalynonka” of the Novomyrhorod City Council is a municipal preschool education institution. The “Kalynonka” complex is a key preschool facility of the community, with several branches and buildings located in different parts of the city. The building of Unit No. 1 was constructed in 1989, and the total area of the premises subject to capital repair is 2,769.8 m². It is a typical two-story brick building. As of January 1, 2022, the population of the community is 26,239 people. The number of children in Unit No. 1 is 224, with 48 staff members.

The building of the “Kalynonka” Preschool Educational Complex undergoing renovation is a two-story structure with a complex layout. The overall dimensions of the building are 61.9 × 49.9 m. It is located at 57 Ye. Prysiazhnoho Street, Novomyrhorod, Kirovohrad Region, in a public development area, and represents a complex of interconnected buildings. The structural scheme of the building is a frame structure. The building is connected to water supply, sewage, electricity, and heating systems. The load-bearing structures — foundations, external and internal walls, floors, and roofing — are in satisfactory condition. Capital repair of the roll roofing has been completed, and a project for building insulation and replacement of windows and exterior doors has been developed.
