New construction of a kindergarten for 90 places via the address: Odesa region, Odesa district, Tairove urban-type settlement

COMPLEX SOLUTION – CONSTRUCTION OF A PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION AND DINING ROOM WITH SECURITY CLASS 4 SHELTER (ANTI-RADIATION SHELTER).

New construction of the kindergarten, the total capacity – 90 seats. The two-story building with elevator and basement, the building construction has reinforced concrete frame. An overflow swimming pool and a dining room (for 90 people) with a shelter for 227 people (600 people during non-working hours) will be built on the territory of the kindergarten. In this institution, five groups of children (from 2 to 7 years old) are expected to be accommodated on daily work schedule. Each age group of children is placed in the different rooms, the building consists of a dressing room, a playroom, a bedroom, a toilet and a buffet, isolated from the premises of other groups. There is a medical room. The group room (playroom, bedroom) is the main room where most of the child’s day is spent: feeding, playing, studying, sleeping. The main equipment of children’s rooms – tables, chairs, beds. The source of the building’s heat supply is the heat network from the boiler room. An important aspect will be the allocation of equipment for groups of the population with limited mobility in the kindergarten.

THE COST OF THE PRE-SCHOOL BUILDING IS: 109.49 MILLION. UAH; COST OF DINING AND SHELTER – 191.74 MILLION UAH.
