• Facade renovation.
• Roof replacement.
• Installation of water supply and drainage systems.
• Installation of heating systems.
• Installation of electrical networks.
• Replacement of doors and windows.
• Ceiling repairs.
• Wall repairs.
• Restroom renovations.
• Construction of a ramp, porch, and foundation waterproofing.
• Paving and landscaping of the surrounding area.

Installing a new heating system and renovating facades will enhance the overall energy efficiency of the outpatient clinic building.

Project goal: To improve the efficiency of medical services provided to the population of the Zelenohirska community by enhancing the comfort of patients and medical staff through comprehensive renovation of the outpatient clinic.

The building has been in operation since 1968. Since its construction, only one major renovation was carried out in 1980. Due to limited funding, no further renovations have been performed in the outpatient clinic’s offices since then. Minor cosmetic repairs in some offices were conducted by the medical staff themselves using their own funds. Currently, the interior finishes of the offices do not meet modern healthcare standards. Providing daily medical services in such conditions does not contribute to a positive experience for patients. It is only the qualifications, experience, professionalism, and compassionate attitude of the medical staff that sustain the number of visitors.

To ensure high-quality, effective, and timely medical care for the community residents, a major renovation of the building is critically necessary.
