Waste treatment plant with plasma gasification technology construction 

The construction of the plant, based on the technology of plasma gasification, allows not only to solve the issue of waste treatment in the south of Ukraine, but also produce environmentally friendly products, such as: electricity and thermal energy, liquid fuel, etc. 

Advantages of the project

• Efficiency and profitability are associated with the low cost of sources (the main expenses shall be for electricity); 
• The plasma gasification technology implementation provides the prospectives for further development of other industrial branches.

Plasma gasification of waste in connection with turbogas units or reciprocating engines allows the production of electricity in an environmentally friendly way. Synthetic gas may be used as thermal energy for greenhouse heating, growing environmentally friendly vegetable products; for wastewater sludge drying with the aim of its further processing by the method of plasma gasification.

It is also possible to use non-toxic vitrified liquid slag, formed in the result of plasma gasification of inorganic waste, as a composite material for building blocks production, road construction, etc.
