Construction of residential buildings

On the one hand, the war has led to an increase in the number of internally displaced persons in the community. On the other hand, improving the quality of life of community residents is an important factor in increasing their number. Therefore, the Balta City Council is interested in the construction of modern apartment buildings.       

For the construction of residential complexes in the city of Balta, there are currently a number of land plots with a total area of ​​about 4 hectares. There is a possibility of completing the unfinished construction of a residential building.  

The implementation of this project within the framework of a public-private partnership will allow increasing the human resource potential of the community, encouraging young people to stay and live in the community, and providing housing for all who need it. 

Areas and locations of land plots for the construction of residential buildings in Balta: 

• 0,06 hectare (Hospitalieriv Str.),                                                    
• 0,30 hectares (Lubomyrska Str.),             
• 1,10 hectares (Likarniana Str.),                                     
• 1,40 hectares (Yaroslava Mudroho Str.), 1,42 hectares (Leonida Kadeniuka Str.).
