Overhaul of the canteen of the Zoryan Lyceum of the Sarat Settlement Council of the Bilhorod-Dniester District of the Odesa Region

Creation of conditions for high-quality and safe food preparation to provide participants in the educational process with rational, safe and high-quality nutrition, introduction of new food preparation technologies, improvement of energy efficiency of the food block based on the principles of HACCP.

Comprehensive re-equipment of the food block, its major repair, and a full transition to a modern technological process based on world practices. In connection with the fact that the food block of the Zoryan Lyceum has not been open for a long time overhaul was carried out (since the facility was put into operation in 1978 year), there was an urgent need for repair and redevelopment food block of the institution to meet the criteria of the Basic Kitchen program.

Repair of the food block includes the replacement of technological equipment, furniture and dishes, re-planning of premises, replacement of internal networks of electrical equipment and electric lighting, implementation of measures for physical accessibility, measures with energy efficiency.
