Educational, scientific and production center of unmanned aerial vehicles

The main goal of the Project is to create a regional educational-scientific-production center for the development, manufacture and use of unmanned aerial vehicles.

In the process of achieving the main goal of the Project, it is planned to implement a number of sub-goals:

• the creation of an educational and methodological complex for the preparation of advisory and expert assistance to scientific, pedagogical and technical workers of the Central State University named after V. Vinnychenko regarding new achievements in the organization of the creation of unmanned aerial vehicles.
• preparation of equipment and suitable areas for the creation of an educational and scientific laboratory of unmanned aerial vehicles.
• organization of the activity of the educational and scientific laboratory of unmanned aerial vehicles at the department of professional and technological education of the Central State University named after V. Vinnichenko and the development of training courses on the development, repair, construction and use of UAVs.
• creation of specialization “unmanned aerial vehicles” for specialty 015 Professional education (digital technologies). Provision of advisory assistance to representatives of united territorial communities and the agrarian sector of the region regarding the use of UAVs.

The result of the Project is the creation of an educational-scientific-production center for the study, development, manufacture and use of unmanned aerial vehicles, the establishment of a training system for representatives of the united territorial communities and the agrarian sector of the region on the use of UAVs and the implementation of a system of activities on the preparation for the manufacture of UAVs on the basis of the created center.

The project is planned to be implemented on its own plot of land. Distance from Kyiv – 300 km, travel time: car – 3.5 hours, shuttle taxi – 4.5 hours, bus – 6 hours, train – 8 hours.

The project is planned to be implemented without interference with administrative units. The single risk factor of the Project implementation is the missile terror of the Russian Federation.
