Scaling RadFarm Group in the Field of Medical Equipment and Medical Solutions

RadFarm Group is a Ukrainian group of companies operating in the medical equipment and medical solutions market since 2017. The company specializes in the import of medical equipment, production of medical furniture, and supply of medical products.

The project envisages attracting financing to scale RadFarm Group’s existing business in the areas of medical equipment, medical furniture, and consumables. The funds will be directed towards increasing working capital, expanding supplies, developing production capacities, and strengthening operational activities.

The company cooperates with more than 50 international partners, maintains a gross margin of 30–40%, has a predictable cash flow, and operates an integrated business model that ensures revenue diversification and further growth potential.

Project Objectives

• Scale the company’s turnover to UAH 25–35 million per month within 36 months and create one of the largest regional medical equipment centres in Ukraine;
• Expand the production of medical furniture and localize selected product categories;
• Establish its own warehousing hub for medical equipment and consumables;
• Create a service and engineering centre for installation and technical support;
• Attract international partners and investments in the field of medical technologies;
• Create 25–40 new jobs, including positions for managers, engineers, production personnel, logistics specialists, service professionals, and procurement specialists.

Existing Production and Storage Facilities

• Production facility of 200 m² (leased) used for the manufacturing of medical furniture and storage of materials, components, and finished products;
• Warehouse facility of 120 m² (leased) used for storage of medical equipment and materials;
• Medical hub of 500 m² including an office, showroom for medical equipment and furniture, dental clinic, and meeting space.

Products and Production Volumes

The company manufactures medical furniture and infrastructure solutions for healthcare institutions, including beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobes, treatment and procedure tables, carts, laboratory furniture, furniture for hospital wards and rehabilitation centres, as well as custom-made solutions.

Current production volume ranges from 150 to 300 units per month, depending on product complexity.

Logistics

Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine, including challenging regions and critical infrastructure facilities, using both the company’s own and partner transportation resources.
