The major repair of the building of the main educational institution “Dobroslav Lyceum”

The Dobroslav territorial community is home to 15,756 people, with 7,946 residing in the village of Dobroslav. The Dobroslav Lyceum has an enrollment of 937 students, with a facility occupancy rate of 97.4%. The project’s significance stems from the necessity of establishing safe and suitable conditions for educational activities and implementing energy-efficient technologies to reduce operational costs.

The main educational institution “Dobroslav Lyceum” was built in 1983. At present, the building is partially in a state of disrepair, it needs major repairs of the roof and insulation of the facade of the building. As of July 1, 2024, old wooden windows and doors were replaced with metal-plastic ones at the expense of the local budget, as well as the paving of the building, which was completely destroyed and needed immediate repair. The facility’s heating system was also repaired.

After the implementation of the project “The major repair of the building of the main educational institution “Dobroslav Lyceum” of the Dobroslav Township Council of the Odesa District of the Odesa Region: use of energy-saving technologies, repair of internal premises, arrangement of shelter and improvement of the surrounding area”, the community will receive a high-tech building with a high level of energy efficiency and safety, which ideally will meet all the requirements of a modern educational institution.

After the major renovation of the building of the main educational institution “Dobroslav Lyceum”, the aesthetic appearance of the building, the safety of the residents, the quality of educational services and the saving of energy resources will improve. Qualified employees will be able to properly ensure the educational process. The objective of the project is to create a state-of-the-art building with a strong focus on energy efficiency, designed to fully accommodate the requirements of the educational process, including accessibility and inclusivity. Through capital repairs, we anticipate substantial savings in energy usage and reduced budgetary expenses for building maintenance.
