The project aims to scale and further develop an innovative production of decorative and architectural concrete products manufactured using 3D concrete printing technology for urban improvement, landscaping, and construction purposes.

ADT LLC, operating under the ADT Print brand, is seeking a strategic partner or investor to support the expansion of its production business in the field of construction 3D concrete printing. The company is based in Dnipro and specializes in the production of small architectural forms, decorative elements, benches, planters, and custom-designed products for private and commercial clients.

The project will be implemented on the basis of ADT Print’s existing production facilities, which include an in-house developed concrete 3D printer, technological equipment, and proprietary innovative technologies. The company’s 3D printing solutions are already used for the production of urban improvement elements, planters, benches, decorative structures, and other architectural products.

The innovative technology significantly reduces production time, lowers labor intensity, and ensures high precision and repeatability regardless of product complexity. Thanks to its proprietary technical solutions and software, the company can customize production processes according to customer needs, deliver unique design solutions, and scale production for both Ukrainian and international markets.

3D Concrete Printing technology is environmentally efficient, enabling optimized use of concrete mixtures, reduced production waste, and lower energy consumption compared to traditional concrete manufacturing methods.

Project Objectives

• Expand production capacity through the acquisition of additional 3D printers and equipment modernization;
• Enter new regional and international markets for concrete products;
• Scale the production of decorative and architectural concrete products using 3D printing technology;
• Develop new business areas, including the application of 3D printing technologies in construction;
• Promote innovative solutions for urban improvement, small architectural forms, and construction based on 3D Concrete Printing technology;
• Create 6 new jobs.
