Construction of a brick factory

The project is aimed at restoring the industrial potential and improving the investment image of the north of Odesa region, introducing modern technologies of industrial production.  

The urgency of the project lies in the fact that as a result of the military aggression of the russian federation, the urgent issue is the restoration of damaged housing and social infrastructure in the territories affected by hostilities. For the restoration and construction of new buildings, various building materials are needed in large quantities, including bricks.  

The project is achievable given the availability of a plot of land for construction with an area of ​​6 hectares and availability of raw materials. On the territory of the community and the Podilsk district, there is a raw material base for the production of bricks – clay, in particular, the Yevtodiya deposit (exploration and assessment was carried out in 1991 by the Dnipropetrovsk geological and geophysical party of the association “Severukrgeology”), estimated clay reserves amount to 1181 thousand cubic meters . In the case of production with a capacity of 15 million units of conventional bricks per year, the reserves of the Yevtodiya deposit alone will be enough for 37 years.
