Creation of an enterprise for processing and storage of agricultural grain

The idea is to open an enterprise for the processing and storage of agricultural grain in the village of Vilshanka.

Purpose: Creation of an enterprise with an initial capacity of 10-13,000 tons/year providing services to sole proprietors and small farmers for grain cleaning, storage and partial sale.

Target customers:

1. Farms up to 2,000 hectares (improvement services)
2. Farms up to 300 hectares (processing and storage services, short-term storage)
3. Natural persons producers of agricultural products – sole traders (processing and storage services, short-term storage)
4. Grain traders (processing services)

The creation of this enterprise will make a significant contribution to the tax revenue of the community, reduce the excitement of transporters, traders, owners of grain-harvesting equipment during the harvest season, and will make it possible to plan the harvest. Also, the enterprise will create 5-8 jobs, taxes and salaries, which will go to the development of the community.

Given the relevance of this issue, the company will partially or fully solve the needs and problems of Vilshanka farmers with:

1. Possibilities to refine the grain to the required standards.
2. Provision of short-term storage services.
3. Farmers will sell processed grain from the place of its collection, thus reducing logistics costs.
4. Provision of medium-term storage services for 3-6 months. when the season of decline in prices for agricultural products stabilizes.

• Grain dryer ZM 1012 column type with a capacity of 10t/h with 5% moisture removal.
• Demetra 80t car scales.

Depending on financing, the capacity scheme of the grain drying station can be increased.
