Overhaul of the facade with energy saving and energy efficiency measures, improvement of the adjacent territory

Improving the energy efficiency of buildings of budgetary institutions, establishments, and utilities financed from the local budget, rational use of budget funds, high-quality and rational use of all types of energy resources through the introduction of modern energy-efficient technologies, reduction of energy consumption and reduction of CO2 emissions.

Overhaul of the facade with energy saving and energy efficiency measures, improvement of the adjacent territory of the Oknyansky hub lyceum with an elementary school and a gymnasium of the Oknyansky village council of the Podolsky district of Odesa region.

The Oknianske hub lyceum with an elementary school and a gymnasium of the Oknianske village council of the Podil district of Odesa region is a key educational institution with branches located in the community. The building of the hub lyceum was constructed in 1981, with a total area of 2293.8 square meters. The building is three-storey, constructed according to the frame post-and-beam scheme, the wall materials are lightweight concrete panels. The population of the community (as of 01.01.2023) is 18917 people. The number of students in the building of the educational institution is 640 students and 78 staff.

The project is included in the Plan of socio-economic and cultural development of the Oknyanska settlement territorial community for 2024 and is in line with the regional and local development strategy.

The project envisages major repairs of the facade with energy saving and energy efficiency measures, improvement of the adjacent territory of the Oknyansky hub lyceum with primary school and gymnasium of the Oknyansky village council of Podolsky district at 21 Nezalezhnosti Street.

The overhaul will result in a modern educational institution with reduced operating costs for building maintenance and extended building life.
