Establishment of an industrial park 

The north of Odesa region is traditionally an agricultural region. Processing enterprises are far from the places where raw materials are grown, which affects the increase in the price of final processing products.   

The creation of an industrial park to accommodate primary and secondary processing of agricultural raw materials will significantly reduce the cost of the final product, and the availability of a raw material base will ensure a stable production process.   

The main productions on the territory of the industrial park can be an oil extraction plant with the possibility of biofuel production, an enterprise for the production of pasta and cereals, canned vegetables and fruits, compound feed, as well as products from agricultural waste – building panels, pellets, etc. It is also possible to place other industries on the territory of the park, in particular, the production of agricultural machinery. 

On the territory of the industrial park with an area of ​​18.8141 hectares (cadastre numbers and area of ​​land plots: 5120680800:01:001:0942 – 9.493 hectares, 5120680800:01:001:0944 – 8.6429 hectares, 5120680800:01:001:0951 – 0.6782 hectares) can accommodate up to 30 medium and small innovative businesses that will create up to 500 new jobs.
