Industrial park “RADIY”

The establishment of the “RADIY” Industrial Park in the city of Kropyvnytskyi aims to achieve the following:

1. Enhancing the investment attractiveness of the region;
2. Creating new jobs;
3. Stimulating economic growth and urban development (increasing tax revenues, promoting related industries, implementing innovations).

The priority areas of activity for the park’s participants include:

• Manufacturing of instruments and equipment for measurement, research, and navigation;
• Production of electronic components;
• Production of electrical equipment;
• Manufacturing of electromechanical drives;
• Production of hydraulic and pneumatic drives;
• Manufacturing of building metal structures and structural components;
• Production of machinery and equipment for agriculture;
• Assembly production of complexes and systems;
• Scientific and technological activities.

The territory designated for the establishment of the “RADIY” Industrial Park is located within the city of Kropyvnytskyi, Kirovohrad region. According to the city’s Master Plan and Functional Zoning Plan, the “RADIY” Industrial Park is situated within an existing industrial zone and is equipped with ready-to-use engineering infrastructure (electricity, water, gas supply, sewage), transport connections, and logistics capabilities. This significantly reduces costs and risks for investors at the early stages of project implementation.

To establish the industrial park, the initiator — PJSC “Research and Production Company RADIY” — has provided a land plot with a total area of 16.0580 hectares, consisting of four adjacent land parcels that include main and auxiliary buildings and structures.

The industrial park can become a launchpad for rapid development both for newly established and relocated enterprises, ensuring stable operations and sustainable growth.
