Industrial park «ECO Mukachevo» is a platform for the development of local and international business in Ukraine: manufacturing, industrial, innovation and technology, logistics and all those companies that need warehouse space to support their operations.

The area of industrial park  is 23.0915 hectares. The land plot is privately owned and consists of 3 plots, which will be developed in stages in accordance with the park’s concept and individual needs of its future residents. These plots are provided with all utilities and access for vehicles. The park will ensure the safety and proper functioning of the common area and infrastructure of the park.

Offers for residents of the industrial park: lease of warehouse and industrial premises, lease of industrial land plots, construction of industrial real estate.

– 10 years of income tax exemption

The main advantages of the Industrial Park «ECO Mukachevo»:

• The total  available capacity on the territory is up to 20 MW. There are power substations on the territory of the industrial park. Also there is an intention to provide the industrial park with green energy by installing solar panels on the roofs of production facilities and workshops, which will help reduce dependence on external energy sources.
• The park has its own water supply system, which ensures the supply of fresh water to the territory of the park up to 200 m3/h, namely the construction of artesian wells with pumping stations and the connected municipal water supply network.
