Industrial park “Podilsk” development

The functional purpose of the Podilsk Industrial Park takes into account the industrial profile of the city, the available raw material base, the level of qualification of the population and the geographical location of the land plot.

Priority industries:

• processing industry (primary and secondary processing of agricultural raw materials, food production, etc.);
• logistics (creation of a transport and logistics center with the possible opening of a customs-licensed warehouse).

For the purpose of environmental safety of the city, it is planned to attract participants using modern technological equipment with the introduction of reuse and recycling of production waste plots.

The creation of the industrial park includes detailed development of the allocated land with the arrangement of modern engineering and transport infrastructure for the placement of production, warehouse and administrative premises.
