Investment proposals for attracting potential participants (residents) of the industrial park «iPark» and concluding an agreement with the management company LLC «TIS» on the implementation of economic activities

LLC «TIS», which is a leading company of Ukraine in the field of transport and logistics, implements the project of creating the industrial park «iPark» and invites to cooperate investors of all forms of ownership.

The project is aimed at companies that are considering the creation of new capacities in the Odesa region and are interested in optimizing the processes of supply of raw materials, production of products and goods, and realization of this products and goods on domestic and foreign sales markets.

«TIS» Group of Companies consists of 6 specialized terminals that provide transshipment of mineral fertilizers, grain, coal, iron ore, vegetable oil and containers, with a total capacity of about 30 million tons and 130 thousand TEU per year. The depth near the port berths reaches 16 m, and their total length is more than 2,000 m. In addition, «TIS» has its own railway station with a capacity of more than 1,000 carriages per day.

«TIS» Marine Terminals Group has a successful experience of implementing joint projects with other companies. Over the period of the company’s existence, the total volume of involved investments exceeded 550 million US dollars, and the number of created jobs reached 4,000. The production facilities of «TIS» are located on the shore of the Small Adzhalytskyi estuary at a distance of 27 km to the east of Odesa.
